    Here is a Bose Zulu pattern that I recently finished. It's .103" thick CPM 154CM with natural canvas over orange and black G-10. It measures in at 4 1/8" closed and is one of my all time favorite patterns.

    Without the stainless liners, I have not. I don't think it would be too difficult to do though and would make a very lightweight knife.
