Old axe/cleaver...... I don't know what to call it

All I know is that it's big, hefty, and sharp. Given to me a long time ago, before I got into knives. I've only ever seen 2 other ones, ever.
One I saw on here, and the other my neighbor has, and he doesn't use it, so he doesn't know either. Can you help?

Oh hey--I'm the guy on here that has one of those. It's my chicken chopper and I love it, but since there's no maker's mark I know jack about it.

They seem to pop up ever so often but never with manufacturer's information or a model name. It almost looks like a masonry notched trowel/spatula.

I'll tell ya' what--it's quality whatever it is. Mine hangs from a nail to the right of the window over my kitchen sink. Makes for a nice decorative element when I'm not culling chickens.

Don't get me wrong I like them. Just let me know when you run out of chickens or something and I'll take that beauty off your hands.

Bwahahaha! That's great! The tenderizer does a fairly decent job. I've used it on a few tough old birds and it got them soft enough to stomach pan frying them instead of stewing them. Still a bit chewy though.
