Heavy D - Guard Bolo Knife

Just finishing up a new one.

It's 17. 1/8" overall and weighes 32oz.
The blade (1095) is 11. 13/16" X 2. 3/16" X 1/4" thick.
The "big" handle is 5" long with Curly Maple scales.

I'll make a 2 snap Bolo sheath like this one;

Then off it goes.

Very nice, that looks like it was born clearing brush I thought the handle was stacked leather until I read the description a few more times.

The sheath is done;


I sized the belly strap snap without the knife in it somehow (I'm getting old I guess) and
had to move it. Doesn't hurt the user combo any but it does change the price.
