Bura Basdol
Truly a special blade by its own: Bura made a few variants of these to commemorate his hometown of Basdol and it’s also the Turkey knife for Auntie Yangdu during Thanksgiving 2009.I've only seen one piece of this fancy version so far and Berkeley have one Basdol as well.

17” OAL, 25 Oz with about ¼” at spine. I cannot capture the hollow forged finish on the blade with my camera (it has very shallow fullers near the spine) but i believed that's what made the blade so light.
The metal ring on the horn handle is made of 100% silver.
Beautiful engraving on the pommel. This blade has only managed to slice juicy Turkey and it's been stored hence.
Intact scabbard with matching Karda and Chakmak.Patina has been removed with Flitz and blade has mirror finish now.
Comparison between my WWII 9th Gurkha regimental khuk (not for sale)
