Yeah but remember we are defending ourselves in a room where we are set up to be killed, I'm not sure witnesses or cops are a factor this situation.

That remark was completely out of line. There are people on this board who know the man. I doubt he'd think that was funny at all.

Notice how he completely locks up the weapon side - no blocking or whatever drivel. Wraps that knife arm up solid and immobilizes it #1, before starting retaliation.

I definately agree with the bit about many of the martial arts schools not teaching old-school street fighting. It frustrates me to no end that otherwise brilliantly skilled martial artist won't take the time to actually learn some of the dirtier tricks in fighting.
