No, never.
Kydex can get brittle enough to crack in winter, so can zap straps. This question has come up before, and the general response is if you're still alive, its not cold enough to noticbly affect your knife. Cast Iron can get rather brittle when cold though.
No - I would die from exposure long before the cold would make my knife blades brittle. At those temperatures, I'm more worried about me than my knives![]()
