Hello,

I will be leaving for Thailand in a couple of weeks. Last time I was in Ayutthaya, I noticed in the train station a sign for a "knife village" ; after a bit of research, i narrowed it to the Aranyik village, apparently famous for its blacksmiths.
So I am planning on going there to get some good blades ... And that is when the troubles start : I don't know any good place in Aranyik for a good quality blade.
Does anyone have a good address for a good place where to shop and possibly to learn a few things about traditional Thai cutlery ?

Any help appreciated (or any off topic good tip about crafts and art to look for or things to do in Ayutthaya).
