    Acme United Corporation bought the name. Knives, I believe, are made in China.

    Those are only some of their knives, Vit. Take a look at what I found on their site http://mediacdn.shopatron.com/media/...pdf?1294705112 Blade made in Japan knife made in China and Taiwan.
