I have a buddy who trains with me that makes knives and kydex sheaths so last weekend we were messing around and put these together for my Pak Lites:

Here they are in the sheaths along with a 102 and a Bravo for size comparrison:

If you have the stuff to do kydex it is pretty simple and quick.

I got kydex for my paklite and I use it as a neck knife and it is working out very well. Alot of knife without alot of weight. Really like it.

Adding what it cost me to make the sheath and the knife purchase price from the Buck factory sale, Im still under $25 total for the small Paklite and maybe under $32 for the large one. These are not anywhere as nice as a sheath you would get from a pro but they still get the job done.

Looks good to me. It is like anything else practice is what you need. The Pak Lites are perfect for kydex. I have looked up how to make the sheaths but haven't tried yet.
