    Hookeye

    Anyone ever use one of these? Just because it has the adjustable angle, it sounds like it might be a good deal.

    That is a knife sharpener, not for grinding blades. My friend uses a Hobart that is almost the same in his restaurant. They don't leave a pretty edge, but they do get the knife sharp.
