I think I want Kydex but I'm open to anything. I want to put a Maxpedition type single pouch on the front for some goodies. Come one come all, please show your Rat and her britches!

It is made of thick 8-9oz leather by Dwayne Puckett. The knife fits in nice a snug and doesnt move or rattle at all. The loop for my firesteel is perfect too. If you are looking for a leather sheath I highly recommend you check Dwayne out. I did my research and he beat everyone else's price of what I wanted by 50 dollars. Still my favorite RMD sheath by far. In fact I finished out three of those exact sheaths in one order to three different people. I guess its a hit!

I've got to get some pictures taken of the one I had Dwayne make for me. I love the carry options we came up with, and with the blue dyed Emu inlay, it is sexay as well! All snaps are "pull-the-dot" one way snaps, so it can't come open on accident. Horizontal and vertical carry options. I have already used the horizontal carry loop on the shoulder strap of a backpack, and it worked EXTREMELY well!
