Thanks to Moose and Skystorm, I now have a complete survival system to put on my belt: a BK-10 (purchased from Moosez) and an AWESOME sheath with a place for the 10, firesteel (ordered with the sheath from Skystorm), altoid tin holder, and even a place for an ESEE arrowhead! I LOVE this sheath!!

I also just (FINALLY) figured out how to post pix full size here, I think...let me know if they're not showing up for you. Who sez ya kaint teach an old dawg...

    That is a fantastic setup!
That 10 is one sweet blade.
And as for the sheath...Sky's work speaks for its self. Top notch as always!

That is a sweet setup. The slot for the arrowhead is genius.

The 10 is a fine knife...and that rig looks pretty complete. I need some E-Heads. Those look handy for PSKs and such.

Ugh. I knew I shouldn't have clicked on this post... ya jerk!

I love the 10... Want one really bad, but dont really wanna pay $200 for one. I've heard it's supposed to be brought back next year... hopefully...

In the mean time.. I really like the 12 and 9... (and the rest) so I can get by for now.

Awesome set up though. Love the Skystorm stuff. I'm sure I'll end up with one before too long.

I love the idea of a big, decked-out leather sheath, might have to make one eventually..

Skystorm does great stuff, I have two of his earlier sheaths and have been very pleased with them. From the pics, it looks like his stuff is getting better and better. Congrats and enjoy!

Hmmm...I'm assuming that the arrow thinger is what thrillbilly is referring to as "E-heads"? What is it for? Google has let me down on this one.

    ESEE AH-1 Arrow Head.

Its just a little emergency type tool. Use it in a pinch to hunt or even improvise a small knife. Really versitile and easy to keep in a survival kit.

Great set up !!! I LOVE my BK10LE, it is THE reason i became a BeckerHead, so i could get me one. As far as the ESSE AH-1, i have the kit with 2 in it, but IMHO, they could have been made a little better by adding a couple of (or at least one) little hole on the shaft part, to secure more easily to a stick for a weapon or fishing tool. You could easily carve a wooden pin/dowel to help secure it to said stick. JMO.

    Thanks all! Yer too kind!

I agree with the AH-1 needing a hole or two, and I'm experimenting with cutting shafts for it to fit in. The bulge on the end of the arrowhead shaft helps. The cool thing I like about it is that it is razor sharp, just like my regular archery broadheads.
