Post a picture and brief description of your favorite knife in your collection. Fixed or folder, factory or custom it does not matter.

This is a very hard decision but today I would say this one. Made by Rob Loveday 8 inch blade.

    It IS a tough question.
I have better knives now, but I trust this one the most.

Right now I'm going to say Benchmade Stryker. It has all of the features and characteristics that I like. I do have a few others that are fighting the Stryker for first place, too early to tell if they will win.

So hard to name a favorite... Everything I buy ends up being a favorite for some amount of time

I think my current fav is a custom hunter that I have on my belt right now. 3 1/4" long, 1/8" thick drop point in Aldos 1095 steel, black coated for corrosion resistance. The tang is so thick that it feels like a tank in your hand, and the stabilized maple handle is really comfortable. I also discovered today that it's pretty tough. I tried to hack through a plastic ziptie. Turns out it was actually a metal ziptie. no damage to the edge though, thankfully.

My favorite folder would be my Faithful Chokwe. The red Para 2 would be a close second.

Benchmade Doug Ritter MiniGrip 558, with Cuscadi Orange G-10 Scales, and glow in the dark backspacer. The knife is just the right size for my hand, while being small enough for EDC, its fast, smooth, quick to open and close, which makes it good for work. The S30V blade steel is easy to sharpen, takes and holds a good edge. The blade shape is good for multiple roles, and the blade is very thin, so it slices really well. The G-10 and liners make it feel sturdy and strong, which is another step up from a regular MiniGrip. Plus, I love how it looks with the Orange scales and Black blade. My hands down favorite.

Current favorite is my Gravelle medium field knife. I've only had it a month but i've been beating the hell out of it every chance i get.

If I had to select a knife from my collection to designate as a favorite it would have to be this one.

It's nothing more than a cheap Pakistani ripoff of the venerable Buck 110, but its sentimental value outweighs it's market worth. It used to be a knife owned by an old neighbor of ours and everyone loved him. Shortly before he died he gave it to me when I was much younger and I've held onto it ever since.
