What a beauty! I love the warmth of both the wood and brass.
Heres on I just finished up for my brother from another mother, Dave
Its a ATS34 stainless steel Chefs knife 9 1/2 inch blade. RC 60/61
Red wood burl handles. Brass pins and a single mosaic with brass copper and stainless combination!
Enough talk heres the goods!
The money shot!
The Handle!! Beautiful material, I have never used this wood, The seller calls it red logwood. Its from South america and is very dense and naturally oily like cocobolo or ironwood. So it should be a perfect handle for a kitchen knife!
Spine shot and choil shot. Full blended grinds with rounded spine and choil.
And the rest of the images! This is a 9 1/2 inch blade

Great job. This is the beauty. How thick is the blade?
