    ZT Madness

A few weeks ago, I sold a bunch of knives to fund the purchase of a "higher end folder." I got a ZT 0550, and absolutely love it. Then I saw the BladeHQ 0350 stonewashed, and said "why not?" I'd been eyeing the 0780 and was going to wait to get one, but once I saw it was discontinued, I had to get one! Placed my order about a half hour ago. I had been planning on getting a 0560 once funds allow...which will have to wait for a bit now. I have gone ZT mad!!!

    Anyone else got ZT fever?

    I'm in a ZT/Kershaw flipper & liner lock craze.

Just picked up two Zings... lovely knives! I think better than the Skyline IMHO.

Don't forget the 300s, they're the monster ZTs. And 0200, and 0700, and 0400. Like pokemon gotta catch em all.

I know, I've been wanting a 300 as well. I thought I'd try out the recurve on the 350 and see how I liked it. The 200 seems like a beast for a bargain!

I just got an 0200, first ZT I own and I absolutely love it, and I have an 0560 on the way which I couldn't be more excited for. I don't plan on stopping either. ZT is easily one of my new favorite companies and the rate at which they turn out new products is very fueling to my addiction. Next on my list is an 0780 (if I can find one now) and the 0350skd (when they agree to make another run of due to popular demand).

Congrats! It's a great knife IMO. Feels super solid in hand, I'm digging the recurve more than I thought. Makes me want to pick up a 0300 now...

I had a 350KW about a year ago that I liked pretty well... just couldn't fit it into the carry rotation, so I sold it. I've regretted it ever since, so I picked up a 550 yesterday. Thought I'd try a little different feeling ZT. Even though I'm not an AO fan, I do plan to get another 350 but I want to wait until the 550 gets here and decide whether to go for the ZDP189 blade or the SW S30V.

I'm just a plain old (emphasis on "old and set in my ways") knife user. I like ZT's quality and practicality in materials, design philosophy, and F&F. The other companies I've dealt with for years seem to have gone off the deep end in "unusual" designs and collaborations.

I can't agree more with this statement. ZT keeps it simple, and I love it.

I've been EDC'ing the 350 for a ten days now. Absolutely love it. A beast of a blade and solid as a tank. All my work buddies very impressed with it and they don't understand much about knives. I'm saving up for a 560/561 now.

    I started with a 350. Then it was a 550. Then a 301. Uh-oh, I got it.

Only have a 0200 at the moment. Ordered a 0780 and the boys in brown should be dropping that off tomorrow. Not a huge AO fan but I have yet to try kershaw/ZT's speedsafe knives so I won't rule it out completely. Id love to hold a 301 to see how it fits my hand. If its anything like the 0200 I may not put it down.

Lol right now I am kershaw mad but I have really been eying the zt350, part of me is holding back because it would be the most money I have ever spent on a single knife, the other part of me looks at my kershaws that I have bought over the past 5 months and see's enough money spent to have several lower priced ZT's. I tell myself I am not doing it because I don't need to spend the money but in reality I am scarred I will start ignoring kershaw's bang for the buck and just start buying these high end knives once I fall in love.

if you are scared of spending more money, DO NOT buy a 0350. it will only lead you to wanting a 0300, 0550, 0551, 0560, etc. ask me how i know.

that being said, avoiding the ZT addiction is really the only reason not to buy one. it is an absolutely great knife, and still finds its way into my pocket frequently, even with all the other ZTs in my collection to choose from.
