Do you know anything about Oz Cutlery?

I've Googled and found Oz Cutlery hits but no real information. I think it might have been a hardware store but nothing definite. Of course the CofC is closed for the weekend. Oz may be out of business or may have changed names.

Also, the knife is serial numbered 038. Why and how many were made?

It is a congress pattern, not a senator.

T Linton- Thanks. I guess I didn't check Google closely enough.
BRL- I know it's a congress. My fingers were not connected to my brain when I posted the question.

"Southern Gentleman" has a Parker-ish ring to it. A lot of the knives he had made came from Japan.

You're right. When I first looked at the knife I thought "Parker." Perhaps Oz ordered these from Jim Parker. Made in Japan is painted on the back of one of the blades.

After a month of trying I got a little information on this knife, though Mr. Ozmore seems reluctant out give out many details. The first knives were made in 1986, so I still don't know what 1-84 signifies.
There were 100 made, all serial numbered. I asked if they were for some special event or promotion, but got no answer. So I suppose the and blade etch serial numbers were just to make them
    more Collectible.
