    THere are really only two bars on the market that are actually good for you and will give you a large hit of protein....

    The optimum nutrition Bar

    If you really want to go with something that is a little cheaper or more widley available, you could do alot worse than the clif bar brand Builder bar:

    you need to pay very close attention to the nutrition facts on these things, i dont know if your a body builder or compete in anything, but I am very much a fitness enthusiast and have researched this stuff at length. The other reccomendation I would make to you is jerky and almonds, they may not be a bar but they are convenient and great for you. Good luck.
