Hello all,
Been a while since I last posted my work.
I just wanted to share with you a of project I started whilst been given the chance to train at Ian Bailey's for 2 week.
My main effort was to get hands on with the hollow grind and after great advice from Marcus Lin and the guys Ian watched with keen eyes.
It's definitely not an art that can just be mastered straight away.
A error either side on the guard on the Nessmuk but I am over joyed with the result.
As always looking farward to comments from you experts.

This is a Loveless Style Nessmuk.
3 3/4" hollow ground blade of 01 Steel
overall Length 8"
Macassar Ebony handle with red fibre liners on a tapered tang
fittings are 304 stainless

Very nice Brian!!!

Do you have large hands? If not you may try slimming the guard and the front of the handle. And as you guys get accustomed to using wheels you may want to push for a full height grind (no flats).

having had one of marcus lin's loveless interpretation i can see a little bit of his 'influence' in your knife

Thx my mate,
Jus having fun slowly learning and taking in all the tips from the worlds greats.
Just gotta get sheaths done for them now and maybe sell them, not really thought about selling my knives as I view my making as pure learning.

Mind you I struggled a bit with the hollow grind but stuck at it slowly.
The original handle of buffalo horn went wrong which was a little upsetting.
But I really like it, learnt a lot from doing this one.

Thanks so much for the kind words.
I am really at a hard decision with this knife, Keep her or sell her.
I love it and think i should actually keep at least one of my knives i make.
I was not a fan of the nessy until Ian got me into making one now they gotta be one of my favourites in the Loveless Style of course.
Im keeping at it, now got a big knife planned coming up soon :-)
