A lot of people agree that it's double cut (or competition finish--how can you really tell the difference with those short glances anyway) with tan and black G10.
I can only wish my tv had enough definition to show me that clearly

Double cut bead blast finish with black/tan G10 however I believe Jerry himself said the set has multiple TG's and some TGLB's so the actual knife may vary from scene to scene.

i got mine how one of their team geminis was they took a picture of the knife being used to make daryls arrows it was tan canvas with tanker grey finish i think its cool

Definitely black/tan G10 with double cut finish.

Mine is heading back to Busse Monday to get a CF put on it since it is the closest I can get.

IIRC, Jerry has said that TWD has a BUNCH of TG knives. Not sure if they are all the same finish or grip though. I agree with the DC/CF...sure looks that way.

I recently saw a cheap Pakistani made bowie at a local surplus store and the sheath that came with that knife looked pretty much exactly like the one in TWD. Though I may be wrong, I wouldn't be surprised if they just found a cheap leather sheath that fit the TG that originally belonged to some other knife and just used that.
