Looks like a small gathering this time around, opening weekend of deer season. Need to get ahold of abrasion and see if he's going.

I just got off the phone with uncle E and he is putting a box together for us.

We should hook up and do some shooting. The ranch I will be living at it is ok to shoot guns on. Plus there are 20 or so turkeys that run through the back field every morning. I'm going to set up a nice blind and get me some dinner!

So what would yall think of a "EDC show and tell" where we show the contents of our EDC or day hike bag and talk about why we carry what we carry? So that others can get ideas on how to refine our packs?

It'll be interesting to see what different items we all carry.

So in honor of Ethans kitchen blades being released, I'd like to further discuss whether or not we should do either a potluck or a cooking contest or something. I was thinking it'd be cool for everyone to bring their favorite campfire recipie to share with the group. My Mum may be coming out on Sat, she said she'd be more than willing to be a judge! lol! Anywho,
