    Say Goodbye To The Hawks!

After the existing Hawk orders are done, there will be no more. They are just too time consuming to make, and special ordering the longer handle material and wider steel, is getting too expensive. Truth is, I can make 2-3 knives in the time it takes to make one Hawk.

Hmmmm. I kind of feel like your hawks are a big part of who you are as a maker (at least as perceived by customers). I have to be honest JK, I'm not sure this is the best business decision. Increase the prices before you scrap them all together. Just my $.02.

I'll be sad to see them go, but happy I got mine in before they did, they are a great bargain and fantastic tools

If you think this is a bad business decision, wait untill you see what is possibly going to happen in October.

Is it too late to order a hawk? I've been putting it off, but thought it was a staple item so I didn't rush.

After the existing orders I will still have material for a couple more of them.

Hawk material is all gone. If there is a demand for these, I may consider doing 1 or 2 a month.

I think that is a great idea John. keep them in the line and just limit it. I have 2 of your hawks and they are some of my favorite woods tools!
