Here's a quick and dirty mockup I did in CorelDraw

    (Not actual size)

Now, this is just setup with Impact Font, so the font can change. Likewise I mocked it up at 2.5" wide and .55" tall, so that's pretty huge but it actually fits on both the BK11 and the BK16, it just takes up most of the blade. I can resize that down, of course, but if someone's willing to be the sacrificial lamb and buy the BK11 and BK16 so we can do a test burn at this size, I'll engrave their username on the other side for free.

I've got both an 11 and a 16 here that I can do right now, just didn't want to burn them and have everyone say HELL NO

HAHA understood. Personally I'm not a huge fan of the font.

I thought you needed the knives I have to wait for payday to purchase anymore sorry. Steel budget is running a bit low.

Completely unscientific artist impression of what it might look like, maybe.

Font can be changed. If you guys have a more preferred font, please say so

Small caps version of the previous logo, instead of regular capitalization / non-capitalization

Looks pretty good so far. But, I would prefer a much smaller font if possible. About the size of the lettering in the "Ka-Bar" stamp would be about right.

Or even the size of the "BK&T" which would kind of be in between the two.

Would it be possible to use the same font as the tang stamps? (either the ka-bar one or bk&t) That would look really good, IMO.

I can make it whatever size, sure, I just need to know what font they use. Maybe Ethan or Tooj could tell us that?

I custom made a BK&T logo. The first is the original, the second my custom:

Although not exact, I used a microsoft sans serif for the BK&T, and constantia for the Ka-bar.

    I'd be interested.
Using constantinia, big & small caps, and an etch height of .25"-.30" (or roughly 1.25" long), what kind of price would you be needing for your 16 as a test bed?
