I have for sale a rare, gents size Jess Horn SLIPJOINT (not a lockback).

This is serial number 013 from Jess.

I believe the blade steel is ATS34, scales are pre-ban elephant ivory, bolsters nickel/silver. The pins are RAISED and rounded smooth, which is a cool feature, adds a little grip to the small size (3" closed).

I've only seen a few of these smaller sized slipjoints from Jess, and have not seen one with a lanyard hole, which makes this knife even more special.

I purchased it from a dealer, and never used or carried it.

Please see the pics below. In the third one, above the lanyard hole, you can see a tiny nick in the bolster, it's truly tiny. I can't find any other flaws in the knife. Ivory scales in excellent condition, a little yellowing in some spots from age.

There is no half-stop. Opens and closes like butter. The blade has that Jess Horn solid and authoritative snap when opened. Amazing fit.

The price is Sold for a collectible from this living legend.

Price includes the cost of shipping Fedex overnight and insured, to get it to you fast and secure.

Payment via USPS money order or bank check. You can use PayPal but please add 3% to the sales price.

The knife will come with a leather case.

You must live in the continental US and be 18 or older for this sale. I will not ship outside of the continental US.

    No trades.

PM or email me (jamesgotz@me.com) with questions. Email and PayPal address are the same.

    Thanks for looking.

    Price is reduced.

Not sure you'll find a Horn for this price anywhere, especially in pre-ban Ivory.

    Thanks for looking.
