    ..This hatchet was forged from a solid bar of 1060 carbon steel..Differentially heat treated and double tempered. 3 1/8" wide cutting edge, polished and very sharp..It comes with a simple edge cover..A standard camp/hatchet handle will fit the head as a replacement..
