Someone more knowledgeable than me can steer you better, but I suspect these are made in Asia, probably Middle East, Pakistan, or India.
I doubt it has value beyond $30, although you didn't ask. I hope I'm wrong.
I am flagging this post to be moved to a better identification forum. The FIRST thing you are going the get in response is to provide better photos. These are terrible and blurry. Hard to tell WHAT you have here.

Probably a souvenir, but if the handle feels comfortable and the maker got the heat treatment right, it may be completely functional.
(The only thing between your parts and a sharp sheath knife is the sheath. Hope its a sturdy one.)
