Here is a new kydex sheath I made for myself today for my customized BK-9.
The sheath is made of .08", 1/4" eyelets, drainage hole.
The drop leg backing, the main part is .060" reinforced with .125" and set up for a 1.5" belt. Next time I will be making one completely out of .125" and a bit larger belt loops.
This is most definitely a prototype for the drop leg backing. But i think it came out good.
