    Older Buck 119, age estimate

    I recently acquired this Buck 119 USA knife, from what I have read on here it seems to be a late sixties early seventies vintage. Everything is in excellent shape except the knife may have been sharpened, also a couple of dings in the leather sheath which has no numbers on it. Tried to get a closeup of the brown rings for better ID. Thanks

    If you can give the needed details, I can narrow it down for you. #1 what does the entire blade stamp say, and in which direction is the blade pointed when you read it. Lets just start there. If it is older than 1972, this is a great starting point.
