    I think you're right. CRKT Polkowski/Kasper Companion knife. It's discontinued probably still some floating around though.

    The CRKT Polkowski Companion has become quite popular since it was discontinued. I've seen them sell on Ebay for $200.00!! They originally retailed for around $30.00 when they first came out.
