So did they intentionally use the hog tusk jimping(the pointy protrusion right above the thumb studs) so when you choke up for precision cutting one pricks themselves, gets the lead-based coating coursing though their veins and die of lead poisoning? I mean come on they could at least use some common sense.

If Jerry wanted to pursue it, he could probably keep them from importing those knives into the US. Unfortunately, it's expensive.

It's very importanat that threads like this get viewed as much as possible, and links to it are distributed to as many other relevant places and forums as possible.
Many newbies who are far less experienced than us may be taken in and if a thread like this (perhaps a sticky) can prevent it so much the better for Jerry and the whole Busse community.
Fakes are a reality and the best way to counter them is with exposure and knowledge.
