The sog tech I and II are just prettier versions of the sog seal. The tech I has a 5.5" blade whereas tech II has a 7" blade. Both versions have satin polished blades, brass guards, and kraton handles. Both models were discontinued a few years ago which is really a shame since they represent the epitome of sog quality...beautiful knives.

I'm fortunate to have both the Tech I and the Tech II. Both are fabulous fixed blade knives, and should be considered as highly desireable additions to everyone's set of Tactical Tableware.

Cheers,

Carl

I recently got a Tech I in trade, and really like it. The brass guard and satin finished blade help add a bit of class to it. I made a leather sheath for mine Saturday with brass Rivets and snap to match the guard. If you can find either of them forsale, I highly recommend that you pick them up. Carl advised me to get the one I did and I'm glad he did. I love this knife!
