SOG Bowie in Damascus

These are rumored to exist. Anybody have one?
I shudder to think how expensive they are but it always was my favorite fixed blade.

yes, they are real !! and I have one.... well, actually I have a picture of one, graciously provided by Ron.

Many is the time I've printed a color copy of the Damascus Bowie, cut it out, and glued it onto my Recon Bowie.... but somehow it just isn't the same, especially when I try to sharpen it.

there was one for sale a few months ago (many months ago ??), about $400.

here's a long-ago thread:

Well actually it is a Damascus SOG Bowie (S1) not the Recon Bowie. I have attached an image for you enjoyment. The picture is not the greatest but you get the point.

Yep... We did a limited run of 25 damascus Scuba/Demo knives. They were sold about a year ago and are all gone. I think the retail was some where around $600, but not 100% sure.

Cheers
