What steel is my Pentagon dagger?

Hello I just bought an old Seki made Pentagon dagger and was wondering what steel it is made out of. It does not say on the knife and it is the one with the leather sheath with the clip.

Great knife ,cool blade idea and a fantastic rubber handle.

I have on just like that and it's 440A. Some of the "newer" ones, but not the newest, were advertised as AUS6A which, to my understanding, is pretty much 440A also.

Thanks ,I was hoping it would be Aus 8 or even better 440C but 440A is not that bad.
Great knife though.
