A few of my hand made pieces.

Here are a few of the pieces I have made while learning the craft. My knives are normally made from O1 with walnut scales. I also make my own micarta after much experimentation.

Starting with a billet, I used the stock removal method to create these pieces. The Becker style was given a differential temper on the blade edge. Once the blank hit 600F I edge quenched in 120F water. I then tempered it twice at 450F for an hour. This has shown some fantastic results on the edge retention.

I have also included a pic of a an arrowhead made using handmade mokume gane.

Since I am the worst artist in the world I used the templates provided by dc-knives blog and have found myself grateful for his help. Thank you for looking at my work.
