Just a couple pictures of my new all titanium construction pizza cutter. Pizza cutter dimensions: aboout 7¼" long overall, 3/8" thick 6al4v titanium handle, 3 inch diameter heat treated titanium alloy blade. Released at the 2012 Blade Show at the Monkey Edge booth, he should have some on the website soon.

Thanks. Most pizza cutters dont have a razor sharp edge, they have a 'crush edge', usually with a .005" to .008" flat on the edge. Mine are sharper than this but still not razor sharp. This gives the edge a little more strength so the titanium will hold up well as long as not abused. In my tests it holds up very good even on a hard pizza stone. Also the titanium is heat treated to about 40 Rockwell which helps.
