The more I think about the idea, the less retarded it sounds...

Blade is 12". Handles are 17.5".

I'm gonna vote for retarded on a folding riot spear.
Unless it can get in a big Hollywood film like Expendables or The Walking Dead
Then it would be worth it. A 5" blade version though would be bad ass
