Does anyone have experience with LT Wright's convex grinds?

Hi Folks,

I have owned four LT Wright knives and the designs are as close to perfect as I've ever seen. However, I was disappointed in the edge retention of their A2 knives - both in FFG and scandi.

I've come to really prefer a convex grind blade, and I know that LT is now offering convex knives in AEB-L. I'd really like to hear from someone who has actual "hands-on" experience in answering two specific questions:

1. How does it "bite"? (I found that the highly polished edges of my A2 Genesis' liked to slide off of wood rather than dig in).

2. How was the edge retention compared to say, Bark River's A2?

Any info would be most appreciated before dropping this kind of coin on a knife. Thank you!
