GEC #72 and a #12 arrived today - first impressions (not impressed with the #72)

Agree with Kevin.
That is not just good customer service. It's algo gaining another happy (and grateful) customer who will probably get back to buy more.

Thank you guys! I´ve already thought about posting what happened in "The good, bad and the ugly". Definitely in the GOOD section. I´m pretty happy now and I know that this not is the usual way how things happen. And yes, this is a retailer I gonna buy definitelly in future!
