Can Survival Sheath Systems make a simple In-Waist-Band/Appendix-Carry sheath for the discontinued CRKT Polkowski/Kasper Companion?

Thinking about a sheath something like the ones Al P makes for his original custom Companions (and other knives). These have a low profile clip that doesn't add a lot of bulk and doesn't really even need a belt.

The sheaths on the SSS website seem to be belt carry only(?) and there's no pic of the clip part...
 
I could do that. I have a new clip that would work quite well.
