Oh man... They are looking pretty damn sweet. I just recieved a Lg. JYD on the secondary market. These are fantastic offerings Tim. Thanks for doing these for true fans of your work. Can't wait to see the blade on these. The blue is calling to me!

Very nice - and I was imagining that the "jigged bone" pattern would be difficult to replicate on the mid-tech. But it will provide excellent grip. Looking forward to handling one.

Those are looking VERY nice!:thumbup: Not to get too far ahead of things, but as I recall you said those of us who bought the first run of JYD's would get first crack at buying the same serial number for the next model run. Will we be able to choose which color gets our serial number, or will that be pre-determined. Both colors look great, by the way;), but I'm feeling a bit partial to the blue so far.
