Problem with my blackout

I bought a Blackout off ebay .turns out it a 1st edition like 12 years old but was new kept in a safe for years.All of a sudden the liner lock is at like 95% i can move it to like 25% but when i open it it goes to 95% what can i do to fix this.adjust the pivot?

I would try that, If it doesn't work, try taking it apart and putting it together starting with the furthest screw from the pivot. It might just be tweaked a bit, and needing a little pursuasion!
