Thank you Dan. Interesting! I'd never seen an English walnut. Is that the type you farm?
Yes mate we a few varieties of the English walnut or also know as the common walnut. 110,000 trees in fact. There is a grove of black walnuts being grown for the timber exclusively but I won't be alive to see them taken to the saw mill in 60 years.

That's a lot of trees. Wild Black walnut trees are quite common around here, I had one at a house where I lived for 20 years. Huge tree! Used the nuts in baking, especially brownies. I'm not aware of any other varieties being grown here.

I didn't carry all of this just the Technician and ESEE 5. My son and I were stuff arse'n around and we ended up with this collection of silver things for the photo. My son wants you to note his rare, Japan only release, silver Thomas the Tank Engine 😁
I was trying to figure out what kind of psycho carries a boatswains pipe, a ratchet and Thomas the train EDC... 😉
