San Francisco Sayoc is hosting Tuhon Carl Atienza this coming Sunday, October 26th.
This will be a 6-8 hour Long Blade seminar. Material covered include:

Cost for the seminar: $200
Max Capacity: 10 Students
Not only will we be learning the drills themselves but the application behind the drill movements. This is a LOT of material. Come to this seminar well-rested and ready to learn.
Bring your trainers, sticks, and your protective gear. I recommend that you have at least one training longblade and one Actionflex if you don't already have them.
