slyzs bowie weak detent?

I just picked up a new slyzs bowie last week and have been carrying it everyday, love it except i have found it to have a weak detent. It has actually partially opened in my pocket twice. Has anyone else experienced this? my technos detent is twice as strong as the slyzs.

I've had two NIB Slysz Bowies. Great knives. The detent on both of mine was actually a bit "stiff" with a very snappy blade opening.

If the blade is openingnthat is a problem. Send it in to Spyderco and they will fix you up 10/10 customer service.

I'd send it in. The detent on mine is strong and snappy. Rockets out like a dream glider on glass.

Mine isn't weak at all.
Just out of curiosity, did you buy it new? I ask because a while back I noticed that fakes of these were on a certain Chinese website.

Yeah I bought it new from an authorized dealer. Its off in the mail now back to spyderco.
