Im also a fan of a sheepsfoot blade and your edc version is an awesome design. I can see myself carrying one of these.

Call it the BUK because it's a Butt Ugly Knife. Nice finish, functional and all but not attractive.
 
How about the "Appalachian Santoku" or the "AFS (Appalachian Field Santoku)"? It looks like it'd be perfect for butchering a kill out in the field to me. The rounded tip would help keep you from puncturing the stomach or other organs. Plus the knife looks like it'd slice through meat like warm butter.

You could also call it the "Lil' Dall" (as in the Dall Sheep since the blade is a sheepsfoot).

A couple other suggestions are the "Orca" or the "Big Belly Hippo". It kind of reminds me of those two animals.
