Home from work... removed those half slices. Didn't really give me that perfect lemon pattern that the other side got, but I do like how it turned...

Reapplied half slices on that other side and just a bunch of juice on both sides of the handle area and sides.
Went out to the garage to throw some more lemons on the blade and noticed the scales were dry again! More wax!
Found the hex that fits. Got those scales off and sanded them, mostly the backs in an attempt to flatten them. [ATTACH]
