    G. Bucklew Custom, Santa Fe Stoneworks/Kershaw, and more - Priced to move!

A very good friend of mine has asked me to help him move his knife collection along. He's recently received some very bad medical news and that is going to put an end to his outdoors days, plus he needs to raise funds for medical bills. On some of these knives I am admittedly not an expert, but...

OK, now I can see it - it has to be the very top knife pictured. That was one of his "ranger" knives, he made quite a few of those and sold them to that hunting/sporting/outdoor store just off base near Benning, so you can guess where most of those knives ended up. That's a very cool score!

If you've never met the man, you would have really loved to sit and talk with him. He's a very interesting fellow. Dr. Keith Nelson is a former member of the Army Special Forces, as well as being a Certified Firearms Instructor. Dr. Nelson has been shooting for over half a century with...

    Keith Nelson custom

He's still around - I'm very fortunate to know the man personally - but he hasn't made knives for probably a decade or more and has no intention of making them again. I suppose he could get a wild hair and make one, but the outlook is doubtful and he is getting up in his years.

    Keith Nelson custom

Probably the last knife ever made by Dr. Keith Nelson. I’ve taken some pictures to illustrate the knife, though perhaps my photography skills are not the best. Dr. Nelson cut and shaped the knife using a stock removal method, tempered and heat treated the blade, polished and finished the...

Back after a long extended vacation

I've been away for quite a while. I swung by and bought two knives for Christmas presents last Christmas, but otherwise haven't really chatted here well over a year I'm guessing. I've been dealing with some extremely serious issues that could have had very dire consequences, but those issues...

    Another Recurve Fighter (SOLD)

I bought the previous one to this - the pictures did not so it justice! It was WAY better looking in person. Great knife, well made, and "colu41" was super easy to deal with. I'm VERY happy with mine!

What's the best looking fixed blade in your opinion?

It very hard to say "best looking" when there are some knives out there that are absolute works of art - and some of them in the thousands of dollars. So I'll humbly submit "the best looking knife that I own" - and the pics do NOT do it justice.
