    Thats awesome to hear! Keep up the amazing progress! Remember to take photos of yourself! Its really hard to see the difference sometimes in the mirror when we stare at it every day. It helps you see what the other people in your life notice and all the changes you've made!

    Still doing my routine :D life has just gotten crazy busy. 5+ km per day now, then alternating hiit workouts. Last sunday I ran a personal best of 10.4km (6.46miles) in 49min flat. I also decided to check in at the scales, I'm under my next goal(180) @ 178.6lbs. I think when CF restarted...

    Still keeping on strong with this. I recently changed my outdoor route so im at 3.1miles, still keeping strong. Lots of stuff going on right now, trying to make it back here as much as I can !

    Been following my usual program just have been busy latly with a bunch of stuff at home. 2.85 miles every day alternating pushups, pullups, planks and other core work. Add in a little bit of yoga and stretching and that pretty much sums it up.
