EDC VII Which knife or knives are you carrying today?

Fixed blade daily!!! I love this thing, it makes me happy knowing I put in the work. Then my forever carry Ez-open and 2 apache tears found here in Idaho with a double terminated crystal from Tibet with a cool black shadow inside the stone (from mineral inclusion during growth).

This was with me at work tonight, I pretty much carried that ez-open since I got it in 2011 and the bowie is my daily fixed blade (only time I don't have that is when I need to be low key in a not so friendly state).

At work, in pocket was my craftsmen barlow...love the steel bolsters, the aged look is so much better than shiny nickel silver.

Thanks guys, I have a variety of styles and flairs I like in fixed blades and this time the heavily geometric feel with a big ol hunk of sambar crown stag was in order. Milling a blade I learned is still a difficult venture and takes a lot of planning, measure twice, cut once. Heres the...

Completed...it was a nice project to keep my mind from things. Leather is sealed with my own concoction of beeswax and a few other natural ingredients to make it water proof, more supple and not dry out. I had a few tradition things that I enjoy with fixed blades, a few modern things I like and...

Almost finished, learned a few lessons about titanium guards and traditional fixturing methods (brazing doesn't work, so silver filled and shot peined). Gotta drill the tang holes in the antler and then epoxy it all.
