Walked 10.73 miles today and did a back routine at the gym.

10-3-13 day off of work and lifting, only walked 1.8 miles
10-4-13 walked 9.36 miles and performed my full Chest/Tricep routine in the gym
Walked 4.32 miles and did chest/triceps routine in the gym
