A sweet mini-hunter for skinning a buck or perfect for a collector. As I mentioned in a previous posting, if you’re not familiar with Craig Barr’s Damascus, he makes some of the finest on the planet right here in Colorado. Google him sometime and you’ll see why he’s one of the few Damascus makers that I partner with. The scales come from Jim Huston in Idaho who has the process of stabilizing burls down to a science. His stuff takes on a crazy polish.

*** And by the way, the hardwood knife display/stand in the pictures is not included but it is available along with many others. I have them from fairly basic up to real works of art perfect for the desk of any executive that loves knives. Let me know if you want more information and I will gladly email it to you.

Thanks for stopping by and let me know what you think.

Let's see: Demascus, great filework amazing piece of Box Elder Burl, Good fit and finish. How do you do that for that low of a price?
Great job!

Thanks for the kind words Dave....

Remember that I'm the new guy around here trying to get my work introduced to the fine folks (suck up) here at Bladeforums.

I've been over on KNet for quite a while and I do very well with that group but with this economy, we all need as much exposure as possible. Admittedly, I'm selling a few on here at a price lower than normal (my website) to try and get my name out on BF.

Right now it's early, but once the tourist season really gets going here in Colorado, I won't be able go that low. The dealers who sell for me in Vail, Breckenridge, Telluride, Aspen, Estes Park, etc. all expect a great summer with people driving vs. flying and thus staying closer to home. While the kid's are horseback riding, and Mama's out shopping for goodness knows what, Daddy gets to buy some "Man Jewelry". ;)
